Richard W. Whittemore Richard W. Whittemore Richard W. Whittemore has resided in the Norfolk / Virginia Beach area of Tidewater all of his life and has been actively practicing law since 1981. After practicing with a larger firm for nine years, he opened his own office in 1990. His broad legal experience covers a wide range of legal issues, but with a primary focus on personal injury, business and real estate matters. Our firm prides itself on being conscientious, thoughtful and prepared and capable of advising and representing clients from all walks of life.
